I bring more than 20 years of experience in IVD, MedTech, and HealthTech, with a career spanning PE-backed M&A and portfolio operations, startup growth, regulatory and risk strategy, and investor relations. For over 12 years I’ve served in C-suite roles, where my focus has been on quickly understanding organizational needs, aligning stakeholders, and driving strategic, operational, and cultural transformation. I believe in the power of clear communication and storytelling to earn trust and move teams forward, and I lead with empathy — fostering resilience, clarity of vision, and a culture where people feel engaged and inspired.
